Consider the distance to the HKUST, we list several hotels which are located at Tseung Kwan O and Kwun Tong district for your consideration. The price shown below is a reference. The hotel rate may fluctuate with the market rate. Declaration: The hotel rate and hotel booking is completely managed by the hotels. The 17DSBS organizing team is not involved in it.

The 17DSBS local organizing team has partnered with Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Kowloon East and Vega Suites at Tseung Kwan O. Both hotels are near the symposium venue (HKUST), and the LOC highly recommends our symposium attendees considering because

• Both hotels are next each other and near the HKUST (13 min drive, see map below).
• Free shuttle buses will be arranged for participants staying in the two hotels, to facilitate the transportation between hotels and the symposium venue.
• Public tranportation is also available between the hotels and HKUST (Bus 792M; MTR (Tseung Kwan O line) to Hang Hau, then take minibus 11, 11M or 91M).
• Both hotels offer special room discounts to our symposium participants. Be sure to reserve your accommodation promptly as rooms at these rates will sell out soon. (Note: the hotel rate fluctuates with the market rate, and the actual rate is determined by the hotels.)
• To receive these special rates, participants need to fill the booking form and directly contact with the hotel representatives.
